With this series, which is the Hindi remake of the British series Luther Ajay Devgn makes his OTT series debut along with Esha Deol and Raashii Khanna. The series is a dark and sophisticated race-against-the-clock drama that delves into the minds of highly educated criminals and the detective who hunts them.
Ajay's titular character, an intuitive and instinctive police officer battling for the truth in the dark as he wades through a dismal and convoluted web of crimes, criminals, and corruption with a wrathful, steely grit, will star in the film. The racy and exhilarating crime drama has been shot in Mumbai's many diverse settings and reimagines the city through the eyes of criminals. In the intriguing new whodunnit crime drama, Rudra will be pitted against tremendous powers in order to uncover the truth.
Rudra: The Edge of Darkness is set in Mumbai and is a fast-paced thriller that dives into the minds of highly brilliant criminals and the detective who pursues them. Even as the major series plot continues, each episode introduces a new challenge, depicting DCP Rudra Veer Singh's tremendous emotional cost in pursuing crooks and killers, as well as the unexpected bond he builds with Aliyah, a clever sociopath.
