RRR to start streaming on ZEE5 on THIS date; makers announce when new trailer will arrive

Directed by S.S. Rajamouli, the mega blockbuster stars Ram Charan and Jr. NTR in the lead

S.S. Rajamouli’s latest, RRR, starring Ram Charan and Jr. NTR has broken a long list of box office records following its theatrical release. The makers of the movie have now announced when the period action drama will start streaming on OTT.

The makers today announced that the movie will start streaming on ZEE5 from May 20. The official social media handle on ZEE5 shared the news with the fans, announcing the streaming premiere date of the mega project. The handle also shared a short video for the same, which reveals that the movie will be out on the platform in Telugu, Kannada, Tamil and Malayalam.

Industry tracker Vamshi Kaka also took to Twitter to share the news with the fans. He also shared that a new trailer for the movie which will be made exclusively by ZEE will drop today at 11:11 am. The original Telugu trailer of the movie has over 72 million views on YouTube.

Written and directed by Rajamouli, the movie stars Ram Charan and Jr NTR as Alluri Sitarama Raju and Komaram Bheem, respectively. The movie also stars Ajay Devgn, Alia Bhatt, Shriya Saran, Samuthirakani, Ray Stevenson, and Olivia Morris among others.

RRR released in theatres around the world on March 25 and received positive reviews from the critics. The period epic also went on to create multiple box office records in the country and abroad, and also passed the Rs. 1000 crore mark.
