Since the filmmaker launched his first web series, Rohit Shetty's Indian Police Force it has sparked a lot of interest. Since mid-April, Sidharth Malhotra, Shilpa Shetty Kundra, and Vivek Oberoi have been filming the Amazon Prime Video offering in various parts of Mumbai. The team's Mumbai schedule was completed yesterday, according to reports in Mid Day, following a three-day shoot in a Parel bar.
A source told the tabloid that some high-octane battle sequences were shot over the past three days. Rohit has requested an extended break as he prepares to host the 12th season of Khatron Ke Khiladi in Cape Town.
The source continued, saying that by July, the director will be back, and the actors and crew will resume work on the action drama. The production crew will use the weeks in between to lay the basis for the next two schedules. A protracted stay in north India, primarily Uttarakhand, is planned. Also, because Rohit considers Goa to be his lucky charm, he plans to film another episode in the beach state before wrapping up the ambitious web series.
