Jim Sarbh and Ishwak Singh starrer Rocket Boys to launch soon on SonyLIV. The upcoming biographical series also stars Regina Cassandra as the leading lady.

Helmed by Abhay Pannu, the forthcoming show is based on the life and works of Dr. Vikram Sarabhai and Dr. Homi J. Bhabha (portrayed by Ishwak and Jim respectively).

Rocket Boys has been partly filmed in Jaipur Rajasthan, among a lot of location across country. The part that has been shot in the Pink city symbolizes Dr Sarabhai’s connection with the western parts of India and also showcases his human side and not only as the man of science.

Regina plays the character of Dr. Sarabhai's wife, Mrinalini Sarabhai in Rocket Boys. Talking about working with a great set of cast, the actress recently mentioned in a statement that it was a blessing for her to be working with Jim and Ishwak and though both of them are quite serious about their jobs, they always used to have fun on the set.

The Evaru actress further revealed that Ishwak used to work really hard during the shoot as he used to make notes for even the dialogues during the shoot. "The kind of work he was putting into his role made me question if I am doing enough. It was fascinating to see how much effort and thought he puts into his roles,” she added.

Talking about the same the Paatal Lok actor mentioned that it's how he has been working since the beginning of his career. He further added, "There is great joy in reading written words. When I write about the characters and their dialogues, I identify better, and it helps me make the role my own."

Rocket Boys, which has been bankrolled by Siddharth Roy Kapur, Monisha Advani, Madhu Bhojwani, and Nikkhil Advani, is set to have a digital premiere on February 4.
