Revu is a low-budget film that has caught the attention of many. After impressing everyone with the striking posters, the makers released the theatrical trailer, and it looks surprisingly good. The film is set in a small village and is about a man who earns his living by riding a small fishing boat.

What happens when such a man is challenged by the villain who brings a sophisticated and big boat to kill his livelihood? The locations chosen in the trailer catch your imagination. Thanks to the endearing locations, every visual showcased is quite unique. Harinath Puri has directed this on a very low budget, but his narrative is quite gripping in the promo.

Upon this, Revanth Sagar's camera work is just stunning, to say the least. The slow-motion shots, the action drama, and the impression of the rich towards the poor are showcased in such a good way. Though the film has primarily newcomers, they have done a very good job in their respective roles.

Revu cast and crew details

Vamsi Ram plays the main lead and perfectly suits the role of a fisherman. Swathi Bheemireddy plays the female lead, and she looks apt for her role. Yet another major highlight of the trailer is Vaishak Muraleedharan's background score. Dil Raju, the star producer, is quite impressed with the trailer and said that he would love to pen a story after watching the film.

He has done an amazing job of solidly uplifting the trailer. The sand mafia, cast system, and romance issues are also showcased in an exciting manner in the trailer. With the trailer, the makers have also announced that Revu will hit the screens on August 23, 2023. For now, the trailer looks quite interesting.
