REVEALED: The reason why Ranbir Kapoor will be booking 10,000 tickets of Prabhas starrer Adipurush!

With the release date of the Prabhas, Kriti Sanon and Saif Ali Khan starrer film ‘Adipurush’ nearing, its needless to say that the makers of the film are leaving absolutely no stone unturned to ensure that the film is a smash hit. A few days ago, the makers (director Om Raut and film’s producer Bhushan Kumar) had met Uttar Pradesh’s Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. Post that, the producers of the film ‘Adipurush’ recently met with Maharashtra’s Chief Minister Eknath Shinde. It was also reported that the Chief Minister Eknath Shinde saw the film.

This time round, the film is in the news again because of the well-known producer Abhishek Agarwal, who is known for backing projects like ‘The Kashmir Files’ and ‘Karthikeya 2’. Today, Abhishek Agarwal made an extremely endearing announcement about ‘Adipurush’. In an extremely noble and generous gesture, Abhishek Agarwal announced that, he will be distributing over 10,000 tickets of ‘Adipurush’ across Telangana for free. In a media statement which was issued by his team, Abhishek Agarwal had said that, “Out of my devotion for Lord Shree Ram, I have decided to give 10,000+ tickets to government schools, orphanages, and old-age homes across Telangana for free”.

Furthering his selfless gesture was actor Ranbir Kapoor, who also committed himself to the cause and said that he too will be booking an additional 10,000 tickets. The icing on the cake is that, Ranbir Kapoor will be booking all the 10,000 tickets ofd ‘Adipurush’… specifically for underprivileged children.

As for the film ‘Adipurush’, its being reported that, that the film’s makers have now sold the streaming rights of the film to the OTT major Amazon Prime Video for a staggering amount, although there has been no official confirmation or announcement of the same.

‘Adipurush’, which is being directed by Om Raut and produced by T-Series, Prabhas, Kriti Sanon, and Saif Ali Khan in leading roles. Besides them, there is Sunny Singh, Devdatta Nage, and Vatsal Sheth playing important roles in the film. The film has been scheduled to release on June 16 in Hindi and Telugu. Besides that, the film will also be released in the dubbed versions in Malayalam, Kannada, and Tamil.
