The film is all set to be released on September 28 this year
After having set many milestones with his last film ‘The Kashmir Files’, film maker Vivek Agnihotri is now all set and geared up for the release of his next film ‘The Vaccine War’. With each passing day, excitement amongst the audiences is just building up to see the film. On the other hand, the film’s director is leaving no stone unturned to ensure that the film hits the jackpot at the box-office.
Title song of The Vaccine war launched at Times Square in NY
As a part of the film’s promotions, the film’s makers had decided to have a song launch at Times Square in New York. The track which was launched by the makers was the film’s title song 'Sristhi se pehele'. The USP of the said track was that it also comprises shlokas from the religious Rigveda. With this, Vivek Agnihotri’s film ‘The Vaccine War’ became the first ever Indian film to have a song launch at Times Square in New York.
Vivek Agnihotri reveals Javed Akhtar's message to him
Speaking in an interview with Galata Plus, Vivek Agnihotri spoke about recreating and also the origin of the track ‘Srishti se pehle’ in the film ‘The Vaccine War’. He also shared an interesting piece of information in the same interview. He revealed that, after seeing the said track’s promotions at the Times Square, the well-known lyricist Javed Akhtar praised him by sending him a message.
Vivek Agnihotri revealed that Javed Akhtar had messaged him stating that ‘Srishti se pehle’ was a hymn from Rig Veda which he had recently read. He added that every person’s heart filled with pride that one was born in the land of such philosophers who many millenniums ago could look at the universe like a grandmaster would look at a chessboard and imagine all the possible moves. He also added that he was really moved and overjoyed.
Starcast of 'The Vaccine War'
As for the film ‘The Vaccine War’, it stars Nana Patekar and Pallavi Joshi in the main lead. The film has been directed by Vivek Agnihotri and will release all over on September 28 this year.
