Reprisal plot, cast and trailer

Action legend Bruce Willis, who is renowned for the Die Hard franchise, teams up with Frank Grillo (The Purge franchise) to fight back Johnathon Schaech (The Forsaken, Hush) for the intense thriller Reprisal.

Helmed by Brian Miller, Reprisal is anchored by a star-studded ensemble cast. The plot follows a bank manager, Jacob, who is haunted after a bloody and violent heist claims the life of his coworker. Things take a turn when his wife and daughter are dragged into the crime world that leads Jacob to hunt down the mastermind. However, he is joined by a retired cop in this thrilling cat-and-mouse chase.

Reprisal stars Bruce Willis and Frank Grillo in the lead roles. While Frank Grillo essays the role of a banker, Jacob, who gets entangled in a murky web of crime after a heist, Bruce Willis plays a retired cop, James, in this gripping thriller. Johnathon Schaech plays the immoral robber Gabriel and Olivia Culpo plays Jacob’s wife, Christina.

Reprisal is one of the few films that was distanced by its own cast members for several reasons. Frank  Grillo dubbed the film as the worst of his career, while admitting that he did it for money or the paycheck. "I've been in so many bad movies. Here's the worst movie I've ever done, also with Bruce Willis, it's called Reprisal. And in it, I'm married to Olivia Culpo, I think she's a 25-year-old Miss Universe, and she's my wife, and we have a 16-year-old daughter. And the movie's so bad and it makes no sense; I'm like, 'Oh wow, I took a money job.' And my garden looks great because it paid for a new garden, but it's so embarrassing," Grillo told Collider in an interview.
