Rebel Moon: Part One – A Child of Fire’s release date changed. Now to be released on December 21 on Netflix

After several promotions, and the grand world tour, Zack Snyder has announced that his biggest project of the year, Rebel Moon: Part One – A Child of Fire will be coming earlier. Previously it was scheduled to release on December 22, but now it will be dropped a few hours prior on December 21, 2023.

The main fact is, Zack Snyder revealed that only people from Pacific Time (PT) can get the chance to watch the film early, as it will be released at 7pm PT on December 21. That means, it will be released at 8:30am Indian Standard Time (IST) on December 22.

Rebel Moon follows the story of Kora (Sofia Boutella), a former Imperium leader, who has renounced her allegiance to the corrupt Mother World's tyrannical army. Embarking on a galactic quest, Kora assembles a formidable team of warriors to stand against the oppressive regime.

Inspired by Star Wars, Warhammer 40K, and Dune, the trailer exhibits Rebel Moon's grand and majestic scale. hinting at the potential for a long-running franchise that Snyder has been striving for since 2013. Even if the first instalment does not fully achieve this ambitious vision, the prospect of a sequel and Snyder's overarching plans leave plenty of room for even greater sci-fi adventures to unfold.
