RDX: First single to be out on THIS date

RDX, the upcoming action film in Malayalam has created a buzz after its first look poster and the teaser. The film which features three leads, Shane Nigam, Neeraj Madhav, and Antony Varghese is written and directed by Nahas Hidhayath.

Based on the teaser, released earlier, RDX revolves around the lives of three close friends and their intense brawls. The teaser starts with a gathering called Cochin Carnival, following the introduction of three lead characters Robert, Dony, and Xavier. The three of them are a bunch of hotheads and are hard to be reasoned with. Set in the backdrop of Kochi, the movie is sure to deal with subjects like quotation gangs and crimes.

Now the makers of the film have announced that the first single of the movie will be released on July 26. Shane, Neeraj, and Antony took to their social media, sharing the announcement with a poster, which says, 'Get ready for the first single, Halaballoo, on July 26th'.

The makers had confirmed the release of the film in Onam, but they haven’t yet decided on the date. With King of Kotha already scheduled to release in August and Nivin Pauly’s Ramachandra Bose & Co, likely to join the party, RDX will be looking at a tight contest in theatres.

RDX is backed by Weekend Blockbusters of Sophia Paul, who bankrolled the superhits Minnal Murali and Bangalore Days. Mahima Nambiar along with Aima Sebastian will play the female lead in the movie. The rest of the film’s cast includes Mala Paravathy, Nishant Sagar, and Baiju Santhosh.

RDX was also dragged to the news, when Shane Nigam walked out of its set, on some disagreement with the movie crew. According to reports, Shane’s demand for his character's prominence was not met, which led to his reaction.
