Ravi Teja is one of those few actors in Telugu cinema who is doing back-to-back films in his career. Despite the hit of flop status, Ravi Teja is signing multiple films and has now close to four films on the floors. Apart from this, we at OTTplay have already reported that Ravi Teja will soon team up with star director Gopichand Malineni, whom he had introduced with Don Seenu in the past.
The casting for this film is going on as of now and we have come to know through our sources that the makers have approached Rashmika Mandanna to play the female lead in this film. The discussions have reached the final stages and talks are on about the remuneration of Rashmika.

If the Pushpa heroine comes on board, this will be the first time that she will be sharing the screen space with Ravi Teja. Apart from this, Gopichand Malineni has also roped in Varalakhsmi Sarathkumar for one of the key roles. She made heads turn in Gopichand's last two films Krack and Veera Simha Reddy.
The news is that Gopichand has designed a solid role for her and she will be seen as one of the main villains in the film. Thaman, who composed music for Gopichand's last two films has also been roped in and we can expect some great music and BGM from the seasoned musician.
We have also come to know that the film is about a rift between the Dalit community and the upper cast way back in the year 1990 in Andhra Pradesh. Based on the true events, Gopichand Malineni has designed a masala flick with loads of action as per the news.
The yet-untitled film is being produced by Mythri Movie Makers, the ones behind Allu Arjun's Pushpa. The principal shooting of this film will kick start in the month of January 2024. Watch this space for more.
