Eagle is one among the many Telugu films gearing up for a Sankranthi 2024 release. Cinematographer Karthik Gattamneni, who earlier helmed Surya vs Surya, wields the megaphone for the actioner that brings together Ravi Teja, Kavya Thapar, Anupama Parameswaran, Navdeep, Srinivas Avasarala and Madhoo in key roles. TG Vishwa Prasad of People Media Factory bankrolls the film.

Ahead of its release on January 13, 2024, makers of Eagle released the second single from the film - Gallanthe - in the presence of students at St Martin’s Engineering College today. Ravi Teja, Kavya Thapar, Navdeep, director Karthik Gattamneni, TG Vishwa Prasad and crew graced the event, while also grooving with college students and sharing intriguing details about the actioner.

An enthusiastic Navdeep requested the producer to grant a few tickets to students who’re diehard fans of Ravi Teja. Gallanthe will be a special song in my career, said Kavya Thapar, claiming she too was a fan of the ‘Mass Maharaja’ and it was memorable to share screen space with him. “I’m bad at speeches but I love your energy, I hope to watch you all at the theatres on January 13,” she added.

While praising the female students for their dance performance and the ambience of the college, Ravi Teja mentioned, “Eagle is not your routine mass film, I’ve attempted something different. You’ll have a blast in theatres. I loved it as a viewer.” Davzand scores the music for the film. Gallanthe, the song released at the college, will be out on YouTube after 6 pm.

Ajay Gosh, Srinivas Reddy and others are a part of Eagle, written by Karthik Gattamneni and Manibabu Karanam (who also penned the dialogues). Karthik Gattamneni (besides editing), Kamil Plocki and Karm Chawla cranked the camera. Ram Laxman, Real Sathish and Tomek supervised the action sequences. Ravi Teja was seen in three films in 2023 - Ravanasura, Tiger Nageswara Rao and Waltair Veerayya.
