Asalu: The Ravi Babu-Poorna thriller to release on ETV Win

Telugu actor Ravi Babu is known for his wacky films. He is the one who gave Allari Naresh his debut film and made him a star overnight. Well, he directs some small films time and again and has now come up with a film called Asalu. The thriller has been in the making for quite some time now and is finally ready for release.

The makers were in plans to have a theatrical release but as they got a handsome deal, they have now decided to release Asalu on OTT. As per the latest update, the film will have an OTT release on the 5th of April on ETV Win digital platform. This film is a thriller and has only a two hour duration.

The film has Poorna, aka Shama Khasim in a lead role. She is the one who did two films, Avunu and Avunu 2 with Ravi Babu a few years back. The makers have also revealed the first look of the film and Porna is seen behind a do not cross sign board which is generally used by the cops at a crime scene.

On the other hand, ETV Win is the latest Telugu platform which is on the rise. Owned by Ramoji Rao, this platform is one the rise and is grabbing rights of a few small budget films these days. Ravi Babu, the director is also not churning out films one after the other and is doing films only once a year and now has come up with Asalu.
