Abhishek Pictures, the banner that gave us several popular mainstream films like Ravanasura, Goodachari and Keshava is foraying into the OTT space. They’re joining hands with the leading streaming platform ZEE5 for a Telugu web film titled Prema Vimanam. Sangeeth Shobhan and Saanve Meghana play the lead roles in the film directed by Santosh Kata.
The first look of the project was unveiled today commemorating producer Abhishek Nama’s birthday. True to the title, the poster is full of aeroplanes (made of paper?) amidst clouds with a couple of kids with dreamy eyes, aiming big. Devansh Nama and Anirudh Nama are the child actors. Anasuya Bharadwaj and Vennela Kishore essay other important roles in Prema Vimanam.
The feel-good poster generates just the right amount of curiosity. The story revolves around two kids with a desire to board a flight and come across a young couple who need to catch a flight in the hope of starting a new life. There's confrontation as they bump into each other. The film is rich in emotions, promising a joyful, laughter-filled ride for viewers.

Prema Vimanam is expected to be out this summer. The web film has a top-notch technical team. Anup Rubens is the music director while Jagadeesh Chikati is the cinematographer. The film is edited by Amar Reddy and Gandhi Nadikudikar is the art director. Mohit Rawlyani is the executive producer and Devansh Nama is the presenter.
Other details around the film’s release date, trailer launch will be out shortly. Preme Vimanam’s male lead Sangeeth Shobhan is the brother of actor Santosh Shoban, who starred in another hit show for ZEE5, Oka Chinna Family Story, that featured Naresh, Tulasi and Simran Sharma. Saanve Megghana, his co-star, shot to fame with her appearances in Pitta Kathalu, Pushpaka Vimanam.
