Directed by Hari, Rathnam will be released in theatres in both Tamil and Telugu
Tamil actor Vishal and director Hari, who have collaborated on mass action films such as Thaamirabharani and Poojai, are all set for their next bilingual collaboration, Rathnam. And there is no surprise that it is a high-octane action film. Vishal, who had earlier announced the completion of the shoot, has now taken to his social media handles to unveil the release date of Rathnam. The film is all set to be released in theatres on April 26. Touted to be a high-octane action film packed with Hari’s typical masala elements, the film will be a treat for fans who have been awaiting the actor-director duo’s collaboration once again on the big screens.
The title promo of the film that was released earlier featured Vishal in the role of a ruthless village man who is seen beheading a villain. At first glance, the film seems like a classic Hari film, as it is loaded with action and violence. However, the movie promises surprises and we can’t wait to see what the actor-director has for action lovers.
