Ranveer Singh, who recently welcomed his first child with Deepika Padukone, is all set to start prepping for Don 3. He is currently busy with Aditya Dhar's next.

Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh is currently on cloud nine! He recently became the newest daddy in town as he welcomed his first child, a baby girl with his wife Deepika Padukone. It seems like Ranveer has wrapped up his work commitments to be with his angels at the moment. Ahead of his daughter's arrival, the actor was busy shooting for Aditya Dhar's untitled next in Thailand. Apart from Dhar's movie, Ranveer Singh has Farhan Akhtar's Don 3 in the pipeline. He will be paired with Kiara Advani in the third installment. Recently, it was reported that the project has been pushed. Ranveer and Kiara starrer was supposed to go on floors in January 2025 but now it is being said that they will start shooting in May-June 2025.

Now, according to fresh updates, the new daddy might begin prepping for Don 3 in March 2025.

Ranveer Singh to start prepping for Don 3 in March 2025?

A while ago, News18 Showsha reported that the pre-production of the Farhan Akhtar directorial is currently underway. The prep for the film is rumored to kickstart in March 2025 since Farhan is currently busy shooting for his upcoming film, 120 Bahadur. On the other hand, Ranveer is also busy with Aditya Dhar's movie co-starring Sanjay Dutt, R Madhavan, Arjun Rampal, and Akshaye Khanna.

The source told the portal, "The pre-production work on the film is currently underway. And the prep on the same will begin next year in March as apart from Farhan, Ranveer is also busy with Aditya Dhar’s untitled next and recently embraced fatherhood." Meanwhile, Kiara Advani was recently spotted at the airport and fans have been saying that she flew to Italy to shoot for Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR's War 2. But the actress or the makers haven't confirmed anything on that front.

Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone welcome a baby girl

On September 8, 2024, Bollywood's IT couple Ranveer and Deepika welcomed their princess. The new parents announced it officially on Instagram through a joint post. The text on their post read, "Welcome baby girl" followed by her birth date and their names. Soon after they announced, their fans and friends from the industry flooded the comments section with congratulatory messages. Before welcoming their daughter, DeepVeer visited Mumbai's Siddhivinayak Temple to seek blessings. The couple was spotted walking hand-in-hand in ethnic outfits.

Ranveer Singh's work front

Apart from Don 3 and Aditya Dhar's next, Ranveer has Rohit Shetty's Singham Again. The film also features Deepika, Ajay Devgn, Akshay Kumar, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Arjun Kapoor, Tiger Shroff, and Jackie Shroff in key roles. The film is all set to release on Diwali 2024. It will lock horns with Kartik Aaryan and Triptii Dimri's Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3.
