Ranveer Singh set to become Shah Rukh Khan's next-door neighbour; purchases a quadruplex for a whopping Rs 119 crore

The famous couple's new property is a sea-view high-end quadruplex that spans the building's 16th to 19th flights.

Ranveer Singh has made waves after acquiring a magnificent sea-facing quadruplex property. The agreement to buy an apartment in Mumbai for Rs. 119 crores has been concluded by Ranveer and his father, Jugjeet Sundersingh Bhavnani's firm, Oh Five Oh Media Works LLP.

Oh Five Oh Media Works LLP signed the contract for the sale of this property on July 8, 2022, according to the information given by Indextap.com.

As per reports from Hindustan Times, it is a sea-view premium quadruplex apartment sprawled throughout the building's 16th, 17th, 18th, and 19th storeys. It has 19 parking spaces under the building. The property has a total carpet area of 11,266 square feet plus a 1,300 square foot unique balcony. Ranveer Singh and his father's business paid a total of Rs 7.13 crore in stamp duty for the deal. The quadruplex, on the other hand, cost a total of Rs 118.94 crore.

According to the news website, a broker in Bandra has revealed that the property Sagar Resham is currently under development. "An old building is now being redeveloped. The present occupants will live on the lower floors. The 16th floor is a 4BHK, whereas the remaining three floors, 17 to 19, are penthouses," they explained.

Notably, Ranveer's new home is claimed to be nearby superstar Shah Rukh Khan's Mannat and Salman Khan's Galaxy, as these are both on the same section of the road.

Ranveer will be seen in Rocky and Rani Ki Prem Kahani alongside Alia Bhatt. Karan Johar directed the picture, which also stars Dharmendra, Shabana Azmi, and Jaya Bachchan. The film is set to be released on February 10, 2023.

Ranveer is also working on Cirkus with Pooja Hegde. Rohit Shetty directs this adaptation of Shakespeare's comedy The Comedy of Errors. Furthermore, Ranveer is expected to fill Mukesh Khanna's shoes as another Shaktimaan. Nonetheless, there has been no formal announcement as of yet.
