After Anushka Sharma congratulated Virat Kohli on his 49th ODI century, here's how Ranveer Singh reacted to the post on social media
Today is definitely one of the most memorable day for not just Virat Kohli and his actress wife Anushka Sharma, but also for the legions of fans all over (of both the ace cricketer as well as the actress). The reason? Well, today, Virat Kohli scored the much-awaited 49th ODI century. And the reason for everyone to be super happy was not just Virat Kohli’s century, but also this century makes Virat Kohli at par with Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar’s record for most centuries in One-Day Internationals—49. A proud Anushka Sharma took to social media and posted an epic photograph of her cricketer husband Virat Kohli. Amongst the zillions of messages, the one that really stood out was that of Ranveer Singh!
Anushka Sharma took to social media and posted a photograph of Virat Kohli in a gratitude-filled celbratory mood after he scored his century. Anushka Sharma captioned the post stating, “Apne birthday pe khud ko present(A present to yourself on your birthday)”. In no time, the post garnered many comments and compliments from many. Amidst the many who commented was Ranveer Singh who posted a few emojis ranging from laughter, heart, anti-evil protection and a star’!
Earlier in the day, Anushka Sharma had posted a birthday wish for Virat Kohli by stating, “He is literally EXCEPTIONAL in every role in his life! But somehow continues to add more feathers to his glorious hat I love YOUUU through this life and beyond and endlessly so, in every shape, form, through it all, whatever it may be so @virat.kohli”.
On the professional front, Anushka Sharma will now be seen in ‘Chakda Xpress’, a biopic of the ace cricketer Jhulan Goswami. The film, which is being directed by Prosit Roy, is being scheduled to be released anytime soon. The film will also mark Anushka Sharma's return to the silver screens, after the release of her last film ‘Zero’, which starred Shahrukh Khan as the leading man.
