This morning, social media users drew commonalities between Ranbir Kapoor’s upcoming movie 'Animal' and the Bollywood movies of Akshay Kumar and Amitabh Bachchan.
Is Animal copied from Amitabh Bachchan and Akshay Kumar's movie?
Ranbir Kapoor’s upcoming movie, Animal, has surely generated huge hype on the internet. It has been over a week since the name of the movie has been trending on X. This morning, fans of Ranbir Kapoor and his movie wondered whether Animal has references from Amitabh Bachchan and Akshay Kumar’s films.
Social Media Reactions of Animal
A section of social media users today linked scenes seen in the Animal trailer with Akshay Kumar starrer ‘Ek Rishtaa: The Bond of Love’ and Amitabh Bachchan starrer ‘Waqt: The Race Against Time’.
On Friday, the Instagram parody account, f.u.n._editzz, dropped a video cleverly blending the Animal trailer with snippets from Ek Rishtaa and Waqt. The overlaid text on the video humorously said he had access to the wrong Animal trailer accidentally.
The film clips hilariously featured Akshay Kumar echoing "papa" multiple times, reminiscent of Ranbir's lines in the Animal trailer. To add to the comedic twist, Akshay's character proposed a role swap with Amitabh, mirroring Ranbir's antics with Anil at the beginning of the Animal trailer.
