Ranbir Kapoor got his bargaining skills from mom Neetu Kapoor
Ranbir Kapoor has spoken about the time when he paid for the joota chupai ceremony. The actor, according to reports, bargained and reduced joota chupai fees from crores to lacs. Putting an end to the speculation, Ranbir revealed that he did pay fees (Neetu confirmed there was some cash involved) but it wasn’t as high as crores. When he appeared on The Great Indian Kapil Sharma Show, Ranbir made the revelations. He revealed that the initial demand was in lacs and was reduced to thousands. Given how Neetu was a pro at bargaining, Ranbir also inhibited the quality and used it for his wedding. Kapil revealed he asked the question because he heard about the bargaining Ranbir did on his wedding day. The rumours suggested that the demand was for Rs. 10-12 crores and Ranbir brought it down to lacs. Ranbir said that it started with lacs and he brought it down to thousands. He then joked that they could keep the shoes anyway because he was at home for the wedding.
Ranbir now a proud dad, obsessed with daughter Raha
Ranbir and Alia are blessed with one daughter, Raha Kapoor. On the same show, Ranbir spoke about his sweet bond with her and said, “I don’t want to shoot movies, mujhe na kahi jaana hai. Aisi feeling toh maine kabhi life mein mehsoos nahi ki hai.” Neetu confirmed the same saying that Ranbir, who is often pokerfaced, turns into a child himself around Raha. She said that Ranbir has a lot of expressions when he sees Raha around him.
