Ayan Mukerji is on a celebratory spree as his magnum opus Brahmastra Part One: Shiva completes a year since its release today. The film hit the big screen on September 9, 2022, after a long wait. The fantasy drama, featuring Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt in the lead roles, ended with a tease that the sequel will be titled Brahmastra Part Two: Dev. Today, on the occasion of one year of Brahmastra Ayan shared a concept of what we can expect from the second installment.
Ayan Mukerji increases excitement:
In the video, we see an animated glimpse of Dev getting into a battle with Shiva (Ranbir Kapoor) as well as with Amrita (Deepika Padukone). The short video is enough for fans to see the film come to life soon.

About Brahmastra:
Hindu mythology serves as inspiration for the main character, Shiva (Ranbir), an orphan DJ with pyrokinetic abilities who discovers that he is an astra, a weapon of tremendous energy. He fights to keep the Brahmastra, the most potent of the astras, out of the hands of the evil powers with whom he has a past.

Brahmāstra: Part Two – Dev:
In December 2026, the movie will finally hit theatres. During the peak of the COVID-19 epidemic, pre-production had already begun on the sequel.
