Puri Jagan has given life to many actors in Tollywood with his mass films. But sadly, he is out of form as his last film, Liger starring Vijay Devarakonda was a big flop at the box office. He even faced so many financial issues with Liger and is nowhere to be seen these days. We had already reported that Puri Jagan will be directing the sequel to his blockbuster hit Ismart Shankar starring Ram Pothineni very soon.

We also reported that Puri Jagan is done with the scripting of this film and the project will go on floors in the month of October this year. Now, the latest update is that the film will be launched in the second week of July as per the news. A grand event is being planned to make this announcement. Puri and Charmee will be producing this film on a massive note.

Puri Jagan gave Ram his biggest hit with Ismart Shankar and now that the duo is teaming up once again, there is a very good buzz in the film circles. The makers are yet to begin casting for the film. Nabha Natesh and Naddhi Agerwal played female leads in this film and we need to see if any fresh star cast will get added to this film.

For now, Puri is making sure that the script is on point and does not have any scope for mistakes. On the other hand, Ram Pothineni is almost done with the shooting of his new film Skandha which is being directed by Boyapati Sreenu. The film's teaser was released a few weeks back and it won the hearts of many.

Sreeleela plays the female lead in this film which will be out soon. Ram is seen in a rugged avatar for this film which is his biggest budgeted film to date. For now, his fans are excited about Ismart Shankar 2 which will be launched soon.
