Game Changer, with Ram Charan in the lead, marks the Telugu directorial debut of Kollywood director S Shankar
Earlier, the makers of director S Shankar’s political action thriller film Game Changer, starring Ram Charan and Kiara Advani, pleasantly surprised fans by announcing the release of the upcoming movie’s first single, Jaragandi. They said the track will be released during Diwali 2023. This update marked a significant development from the production house after a long wait. However, it has now been announced that the release of the song has been postponed.

The makers Game Changer took to their social media handles to issue a statement, citing unavoidable audio documentation issues between different films as the reason behind the delay in the release of Jaragandi. However, they assured fans that the wait will be worthwhile, emphasising that everything associated with the Ram Charan-starrer is bound to be of the ‘highest quality’.
Game Changer’s cast and crew
The upcoming political drama is helmed by Shankar in his Telugu directorial debut. The screenplay of Game Changer is written by Karthik Subbaraj. Apart from Ram Charan and Kiara Advani, the film also features Anjali, SJ Suryah, Jayaram, Sunil, Srikanth, Samuthirakani and Nassar in pivotal roles. This ambitious project is bankrolled by producer Dil Raju, under Sri Venkateswara Creations, with SS Thaman handling the music composition.
S Shankar’s much-awaited release - Kamal Haasan starrer Indian 2
Kollywood director Shankar, who is gearing up for the release of his highly anticipated project, Indian 2 with Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan had released its intro video a couple of days ago. Going by the video, it looks like the lead character Senapathy has moved abroad and is finally gearing up for his return after corruption rears its ugly head in India. The music for the film is composed by Anirudh Ravichander replacing AR Rahman , who had composed for the 1996 blockbuster Indian.
The film’s ensemble cast also includes Kajal Aggarwal, Rakul Preet Singh, Siddharth, SJ Suryah, Bobby Simha, Priya Bhavani Shankar, Gulshan Grover, Samuthirakani, Guru Somasundaram, Kalidas Jayaram, Delhi Ganesh, Jayaprakash and George Maryan. Indian 2 will mark the posthumous appearance of Nedumudi Venu, Vivekh, Manobala and G Marimuthu.
