Game Changer is Ram Charan's new film that is being directed by Shankar, the star Tamil director. The action drama has been in the making for over a year now and is still not done with its shoot so far. Kiara Advani plays the female lead in this film which is being produced by Dil Raju.
The film is all set to release in the summer of 2024 but the release date is yet to be determined. Well, we at OTTplay have come to know that the digital rights of the film have been bagged by Zee for a whopping price.
The gossip in the film circles is that Zee 5 has shelled out Rs 250 crores for the digital rights of Game Changer in all languages. Though this news is not yet confirmed, it has gone viral in the Telugu film circles.
Also, this amount is huge and the highest ever for any Ram Charan film to date as per the news. Game Changer has wrapped up 70% of its shoot so far and a fresh schedule kickstarted today in Hyderabad. The film got delayed as Shankar is also simultaneously shooting for his other film Indian 2 which stars Kamal Haasan and Kajal in lead roles.
Game Changer has many popular faces like Srikanth, Sunil, and many others in key roles. Thaman scores the music. Dil Raju has spent a lot of money on this film which will be released on a Pan-India level. The film made headlines a few days back as a leaked song surfaced online and became a talking point.
As Shankar has teamed up with Ram Charan for the first time ever, there is a solid buzz for the film. The digital rights being sold for such a huge amount gives the idea that Game Changer will really be a game-changer in Ram Charan's career.
