Megastar Chiranjeevi's fans are eagerly waiting to see the actor back in his vintage charm in Meher Ramesh's Bholaa Shankar. The promotional material of the film so far, which includes a bunch of posters and the teaser, has attracted positive responses but one awaits the trailer to learn more about this commercial entertainer. The makers have already announced that the Bholaa Shankar trailer will be out on July 27 at 4:05 pm.

And for the Megastar fans, that isn't the only bit of news to celebrate because it now comes to light that the veteran actor's son and superstar Ram Charan will do the honours of launching the trailer. The RRR actor will participate in the celebrations and present the trailer to the rest of the world via his social media page. While this is a sweet gesture in promoting his father's film, one reckons that his involvement could also help the trailer get a wider reach than intended.

Bholaa Shankar is Chiranjeevi's second release of the year, with him kickstarting 2023 with Bobby Kolli's Waltair Veerayya (released on 13 January). Despite the epic Sankranthi clash with the Nandamuri Balakrishna's Veera Simha Reddy, Waltair Veerayya held its own and emerged a winner at the box office, mainly because of the Megastar's charm and screen presence. It could also be said that through that film and Bholaa Shankar, it is evident that he is keen on reprising the commercial hero that he played to great effect in the '90s and early 2000s in films like Mechanic Alludu, Hitler, Bavagaru Bagunnara?, Choodalani Vundi, etc.

The cast of Bholaa Shankar also includes Tamannaah Bhatia, Keerthy Suresh, and Sushanth with Mahati Swara Sagar scoring the music. Anil Sunkara’s AK Entertainments is producing the movie.
