Shiboprosad said, “Anashua Majumdar being in a film means that the film will be a super hit. She was with us from Gotro to Mukherjee Dar Bou. If Mashima is with us, there is no need to worry.”
Anashua Majumdar's dubbing has been completed. She said, “Working with Windows is like returning to my home. The warmth and love I get from Nandita and Shibu (Shiboprosad) is comforting. I am playing Victorda’s (Banerjee) sister again after 32 years. Working with such an amazing actor is nothing less than a dream fulfillment.”
Anashua further added, “In between the shots, Shibu came to sit beside me and explained the next shots and dialogues. Nandita put a hand on my shoulder and said the shots were good. Their grounded attitude is the reason behind their success. These small words motivate us to move forward for good works. I always felt that I was hanging up with my people at my place. The shooting is being done during these hangouts.”
She also said, “Many amazing actors are coming in new avatars in the film. I believe that Shibu and Nandita will bring an unprecedented Puja film this year. I was happy working on the film and I believe that our effort will be loved by the audience.”
Raktabeej will be released on October 19. Billed as a thriller, the film also features Abir Chatterjee, Mimi Chakraborty, Satyam Bhattacharya, Ambarish Bhattacharya, and others.
