Raksha Bandhan song Kangan Ruby: Akshay Kumar, Bhumi Pednekar flirt in desi style in the romantic track

The Aanand L Rai directorial is slated to release in theatres on August 11.

Akshay Kumar and Bhumi Pednekar starrer Raksha Bandhan is gearing up to hit the theatres on August 11. Ahead of the film's release, makers have dropped another track titled Kangan Ruby. The romantic single features the lead pair in a romantic setup. Crooned and composed by Himesh Reshammiya, the groovy track is penned by Irshad Kamil.

The song begins with Akshay helping a friend get a red car at the latter's wedding, meanwhile, Bhumi teases him for helping others with their marriages and not even asking her to marry him. The actress starts singing and explaining that she doesn't need much and she will be happy to marry him even just in a pair of bangles. To that Akshay replies that he will gift her the most expensive bangles studded with rubies.

The romantic track further sees both of them flirting with each other and also grooving to the lyrics of the song along with others. Akshay's sisters also join him in the ongoing dance performance.

The actress shared the latest track on her official Instagram handle with a special caption that reads, "Hawa mein ghula hai pyaar ka rang, ruby wale kangan ke sang! #KanganRuby is out, tune in now. #ReturnToFeelings #RakshaBandhan11August (sic)."

Last week the makers unveiled the first single from the movie. The emotional track named Tere Saath Hoon Main chronicles Akshay's dynamics with his sister, who was about to get married. The song also sees the brother-sister duo getting emotional while performing a few rituals. The Himesh Reshammiya composed track is crooned by Nihal Tauro, while Irshad Kamil has penned the beautiful lyrics.
