Rajkummar Rao received a heartwarming birthday message from his wife Patralekhaa. The Stree 2 actor showered her with love for her work in IC 814: The Kandahar Hijack in the comment section.

On the other hand, Rao also praised his wife's performance in IC 814: The Kandahar Hijack series.
Taking to her Instagram handle a while ago, Patralekhaa shared a video of Rajkummar Rao. In the clip, we can see the actor enjoying and playing with snow. She added the song Little Things by Adrian Berenguer to match the vibe of the video.
Sharing the clip, she penned, "Happy Birthday Raj…What a massive year you have had..Beginning with Srikanth to Mahi to Stree.. We often debate is it really important to be a great actor one has to be a good human being the answer is yes and I can confidently say this because of You.."

On August 20, Rajkummar Rao took to Instagram Stories to share a screenshot of IC 814: The Kandahar Hijack from Netflix's top picks section. Expressing his happiness as a husband, he wrote, “@patralekhaa, so proud of you. Phenomenal performance. Do watch this brilliant series. #IC814.”
In an interview with Pinkvilla, Rao said that it is important to be surrounded by honest people around you as it helps growing as an artist. He added that Patralekhaa is his most honest critic.
"She would just tell me on my face if she hasn't like a film or a performance, which I think it's important to have that constructive criticism as it helps you to grow as an artist. Otherwise, if you are just doing something and feeling proud of everything that you are doing and people around you are like, 'oh this is the best thing you have ever done,' no growth, and without growth, I think there is no art," Stree 2 actor said.
The Netflix series is based on true events. This follows the longest hijacking saga in Indian aviation history. The series takes place in 1999, when a passenger plane was hijacked by five attackers and re-routed several times — eventually landing in Taliban-controlled territory.
