Radhe Shyam release trailer: Prabhas impresses in this spectacular fairytale romance with a conflict between destiny, war and love

The excitement surrounding Radhe Shyam is on an all-time high, more so that the film is barely 10 days away from a grand release across the globe. Prabhas and Pooja Hegde play the lead pair in this epic romantic drama written and directed by Radha Krishna Kumar and produced by Bhushan Kumar, Vamsi and Pramod under T-Series and UV Productions. Kickstarting a major promotional campagin ahead of the release, the makers have launched the film's one-minute release trailer that offers an interesting sneak-peek into the story.

The trailer starts with Vikramaditya, the lead protagonist, a palmist, suggesting that even the various thoughts that cross our mind about any aspect is too written in destiny. A person asks if him he can predict someone's future by noticing their palm and know their past by listening to their voice alone? Vikramaditya replies with a swag, telling him he could predict when and when where would this concerned person die. When Jagapathi Babu warns Vikramaditya to read his palm again, the latter replies, 'I don't have a habit of reading a palm twice.'

Vikramaditya in a train too cautions a girl about making a career in sports. His love-interest Prerana later adds that Vikramditya may have been wrong with his prediction about their romance too. Before the title card plays, the voice-over hints that Radhe Shyam is a conflict between destiny, war and love. The trailer is visually spectacular, to say the least. Shot in gorgeous locations and across various backdrops, a lot of thought has gone into the visual narrative and the effort shows in the styling, cinematography and production design.

Prabhas and Pooja Hegde are at their elegant best in the trailer while you notice a few glimpses of other characters played by Sathyaraj, Sachin Khedekar, Jagapathi Babu, Riddhi Kumar too. Radhe Shyam has voiceovers by Amitabh Bachchan and SS Rajamouli across the Hindi and Telugu versions. The film has been shot extenstively in Italy, Georgia and Hyderabad and has music by Justin Prabhakaran, background score by S Thaman. Radhe Shyam is cinematographed by Manoj Paramahamsa, edited by Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao and also features Priyadarsi Pulikonda, Bhagyashree, Murli Sharma, Kunaal Roy Kapoor, Sasha Chettri, Sathyan, in key roles.
