Directed by Nandakishore, the song has been choreographed by Murali Master and shot at sets.
Rachita Ram is one of the busiest actresses in Kannada cinema right now. And yet, Sandalwood’s Dimple Queen has managed to squeeze in some time and be a part of a new music video. Well, it is not suprising, given that the video is for none other than rapper-composer Chandan Shetty, who is hot property in music circles.
According to reports, Rachita recently shot for the music video, called Laka Laka Lambhorgini, directed by filmmaker Nandakishore, along with the rapper. Nandakishore and Chandan, who have collaborated on the Dhruva Sarja starrer Pogaru and the upcoming Shreyas Manju film Raana, get together for this song, which, we hear, is a glam and peppy dance number.
Chandan has been quoted as saying that the video is the most expensive in his career yet, given that it was shot across three massive sets that were erected specifically for the purpose of the song. In fact, this is a first for Chandan, who is known to shoot the videos of his independent music at outdoor locations. “Unlike my previous albums, which are usually shot in location, this is the first time we created the track in 3 huge sets. This is a glamorous song choreographed by Murali Master, and a lot of details have gone into the costumes, which were designed by Roshan Aiyappa, Shilpa Hegde, and Varshini Janakiram,” he told the New Indian Express. The song that Chandan has written as well is tentatively slated to be released around Christmas.
Rachita, who was in the recent Ramesh Aravind film 100, will next be seen in Love You Rachchu, which will release on December 31. The actress is also a part of films like Kranti with Darshan, Ek Love Ya, Shabari Searching for Ravana, Bad Manners, Veeram, Love Me or Hate Me, Ravi Boppanna, among others.
