The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes was recently released on November 17. It is said to be the prequel of all the movie-series, which starred Jennifer Lawrence. It offers new details about how The Hunger Games we know came to be and Snow's transformation into the villainous president of Panem.

This 2023 prequel tells about years before he becomes the tyrannical president of Panem, 18-year-old Coriolanus Snow remains the last hope for his fading lineage. With the 10th annual Hunger Games fast approaching, the young Snow becomes alarmed when he's assigned to mentor Lucy Gray Baird from District 12. Uniting their instincts for showmanship and political savvy, they race against time to ultimately reveal who's a songbird and who's a snake.

Rachel Zegler's experience
Recently while talking to The Hollywood Reporter, Rachel Zegler shared some of her experiences that helped her playing her role. She shared that she's a big fan of Hunger Games, and mainly she got help from Suzanne Collins with her great source material and her books. For the unversed, Suzanne is the author of The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes book.
Rachel also shared that she feels very excited to step into the world of Penem, and got to do all of the things she has been dreaming of all these years. Seems like she is a big fan of The Hunger Games.
