Raastha actor Sarjano Khalid explains why he is not excited about celebrity privilege
Raastha, which stars Sarjano Khalid and Thinkalazhcha Nishchayam-fame Anagha Narayanan in lead roles, will premiere on January 5.

In a conversation with Silly Monks Mollywood, actor Sarjano Khalid discussed the rationale behind his decision to feature in his upcoming movie, Raastha. He said he thought it was a great idea to film most of the movie in a desert.
"I do not have the luxury of being overly picky right now. After June, I was approached by many people to play chocolate boy roles. But I enjoy playing a variety of roles," he remarked.
The Big Brother actor continued by saying that he is not excited by celebrity privilege, and people’s approach towards him changed after coming to films.

Additionally, Sarjano discussed his expectations for Raastha. He predicted that the movie's family audience would love its characters and find the film entertaining. "This film has a number of poignant moments that will appeal to audiences of all ages. I have a long way to go in my acting career, as I have only started. I hope that Raastha will be well received by the public," he said.
Raastha, which stars Sarjano Khalid and Anagha Narayanan in lead roles, is directed by Zachariayude Garbhinikal-fame Aneesh Anwar. The movie's trailer teases a survival drama with several suspenseful desert sequences.
Irshad Ali, Aaradhya Ann, Sudheesh, T G Ravi, and well-known Omani actors like Shamma Saeed Al Barki, Fakhreia Khamis, and Khamis Al Rawahi are among the cast of this movie.

The script for this film is penned by Shahul and Faiz. Vishnu Narayanan is the cinematographer. Oman-based film technicians have also contributed to this production.
Raastha—which was filmed in the eastern Omani province of Bidiya and Muscat—will premiere on January 5. The film, which will release in both Malayalam and Arabic, is being distributed to theatres by Dream Big Films.
Sarjano Khalid will be seen in the Tamil horror film Demonte Colony 2 and the Malayalam family entertainer Marivillin Gopurangal in the coming year. His last appearance was alongside Priya Prakash Varrier in the Malayalam film 4 Years, directed by Ranjith Sankar.
