Antoni Porowski and Kevin Harrington have decided to call off their engagement after being together for four years. The news came as a surprise for alas the duo had been avidly planning their wedding.
Food and wine expert Antoni Porowski and creative strategy director Kevin Harrington have decided to “amicably” call off their engagement, as shared by a representative of Porowski. In an interview with People magazine on November 22, the spokesperson stated that, “After many conversations and reflection during the wedding planning process, Antoni and Kevin have amicably decided to part ways.”
The rep continued by expressing that though both Porowski and Harrington still have a lot of respect for one another, the more they talked about their future, the more they realized that their paths diverged in the long run. The spokesperson concluded by adding, “They both remain focused on work, and are surrounding themselves with friends during this time.”
The news came as a shock to all fans of the iconic couple, who were respected representatives of the LGBTQ+ community and an inspiration to many, especially after both partners had already celebrated their respective bachelor parties in September. Antoni Porowski had gone for a trip to Blackberry Mountain, in Tennessee, with close friends Queer Eye fashion designer Tan France, Benji Pasek, and renowned model Gigi Hadid, among others.
While Kevin Harrington took his friends for a camping trip to ‘Camp Kevin’ for a gala weekend. However, the last time the two had posted photos on Instagram was when they had gone on a trip to Bali, in August. As of now, neither of the two have deleted any photos or posts of them together.
Though the couple had begun grabbing attention with their zombified Blockbuster employee costumes for Heidi Klum’s 2019 Halloween bash, their relationship deepened in 2020, when they lived together in Austin and fostered a dog, Neon, together. But the two had taken it slow and announced their engagement in November 2022, with a playful post by Anthony Porowski, captioned, “I really hope the wedding photos are less blurry.”
