Now, with a total worldwide box office haul of ₹1,709.63 crore, it has become only the third Indian film to enter the ₹1,700 crore club.
The prestigious club already includes Dangal and Baahubali 2. Remarkably, Pushpa 2 achieved this milestone in just 25 days. At the domestic box office, the film earned ₹16 crore on Sunday (Day 25), bringing its domestic net collection to ₹1,157.35 crore.
Already Surpassed Baahubali 2
On December 25 (Day 21 of release), Pushpa 2 earned ₹19.75 crore in the Indian market, pushing its overall net haul in the country to a staggering ₹1,109.85 crore. This achievement dethroned Baahubali 2 SS Rajamouli's record-breaking epic, making Pushpa 2 the highest net-earning film in India. However, in terms of gross collections, Baahubali 2 earned ₹1,416 crore domestically, placing Pushpa 2 in the second position.
