Pushpa 2- The Rule trailer out: Directed by Sukumar, the sequel continues the story of Pushpa Raj, played by Allu Arjun, who is now more powerful in the red sanders smuggling trade.
One of the much-anticipated films from the Telugu film industry is Pushpa: The Rule, or Pushpa 2, headlined by actor Allu Arjun. The makers on Sunday, unveiled the trailer of the film. The first installment, Pushpa: The Rise, which was released in 2021, garnered a pan-Indian success and brought many theatres business amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Directed by Sukumar, Pushpa 2 also stars actors Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil in prominent roles.

The Pushpa 2 trailer begins with a man describing a person who does not fear, does not care about money, and also has an unknown sorrow. We know that it is Pushpa Raj, as we see the characters hype his role. As Allu Arjun makes his appearances, we see intercuts of action and swag sequences. Now, Srivalli is married to Pushpa Raj, and we see the introduction of Fahadh Faasil's character introduced as a notorious cop. There are new cast members, and Pushpa Raj is now the kingpin of his trade, and far more powerful. The trailer is aggressive, energetic, and action-packed.
Allu Arjun's Pushpa: The Rule is written and directed by filmmaker Sukumar and backed by Mythri Movie Makers along with Sukumar Writings. The film revolves around the titular character Pushpa Raj, who rises to the high rungs of red sanders smuggling and becomes the kingpin of the trade.
With Allu Arjun reprising his role, Rashmika Mandanna plays the female lead. Fahadh Faasil, who made a cameo appearance in the post-climax of the first part as the notorious police Bhanwar Singh Shekhawat, will have a bigger role to play as an antagonist in the second part. Jagapathi Babu, Dhanunjaya, Rao Ramesh, Sunil, and Anasuya Bharadwaj are part of the cast.

While Devi Sri Prasad is the original composer of the film, the makers of Pushpa 2 have also brought S Thaman to score the background music for the first half, while the rest has been done. This decision has however left DSP upset, whose recent work in Kanguva, has also been subjected to trolling on social media.
Meanwhile, one of the major reasons for the success of Pushpa: The Rise, was the special number Oo Antava, performed by Samantha Ruth Prabhu. Now, the team has roped in Sreeleela for a dance number in the sequel. Pushpa 2 is all set to release in theatres on December 5.
