Pushpa 2: The Rule, the long-awaited sequel to the 2021-released blockbuster Pushpa: The Rise, is gearing up for its grand theatrical release. Allu Arjun is returning to play the celebrated character Pushpa Raj, a smuggler in the film, which marks his fourth onscreen collaboration with director Sukumar. As per the latest updates, Pushpa 2: The Rule is set to have its premiere shows on December 4, 2024, a day before the actual theatrical release.

According to the latest updates, the Pushpa 2 first shows will begin across various parts of the Telugu states, at 9.30 PM on Wednesday, December 4, 2024. The rest of the major release centres across India, including leading man Allu Arjun’s biggest market, Kerala the premiere shows are expected to be held at 4 AM, on Thursday, December 5, 2024. The distributors plan to conduct the Pushpa 2 premiers at the other major overseas release centers, on December 4, 2024.

Pushpa 2 to have a record-breaking release?
If the latest updates are to be believed, Pushpa 2: The Rule has already touched the Rs 30 crore mark worldwide, with its advance ticket sales. In that case, it is safe to assume that Allu Arjun’s ambitious project has a high chance of making an opening collection of over Rs 100 crore at the worldwide box office, with its Day 1 collection. If the Sukumar directorial receives positive reviews from the audiences, the movie has all possibilities to emerge as one of the all-time highest-grossing Hindi films.
Allu Arjun plays the central character Pushpa in the film, which features Fahadh Faasil as the lead antagonist Bhanwar Singh Shekhawat. Rashmika Mandanna plays the role of Pushpa’s wife Srivalli in the Sukumar directorial, which stars Jagadeesh Prathap Bhandari, Jagapati Babu, Prakash Raj, Sunil, Anasuya Bharadwaj, Rao Ramesh, Ajay Ghosh, and others in supporting roles. Pushpa 2 is produced by Mythri Movie makers.
