Fahadh Faasil in Pushpa 2 : The Rule

The team of Pushpa 2, one of the most awaited films of the year, dropped the first-look poster of Fahadh Faasil on his birthday. Fahadh is back as the menacing  Bhanwar Singh Shekhawat, an egoistic police officer, who is all set to seek revenge after Pushpa Raj humiliates him. In the first-look poster dropped by the film's production house, Mythri Movie Makers, Fahadh is seen smoking a cigarette in style. The poster has already set the internet on fire.

We hear that Fahadh has been offered a whopping amount as salary for reprising the antagonist in the film. Pushpa 2 is said to be made on a large scale after the massive success of Pushpa, which set the cash registers ringing. The shoot for Pushpa 2 is in full swing at Ramoji Film City in Hyderabad. We hear that many crucial scenes will be filmed during the schedule.

It was not long ago that Allu Arjun's look from the sequel was released and the never-before-seen-avatar instantly went viral on social media.

In the poster, Allu Arjun is dressed in a sari and resembles a godwoman kind of avatar. He is seen wearing a garland made of lemons, with his face smeared in blue colour. He is  holding a gun as well. Rashmika Mandanna, too, will reprise her role as Srivalli. Pushpa 2 is directed by Sukumar and has music by Devi Sri Prasad.

Fahadh Faasil was last seen in the Mari Selvaraj's anti-caste film, Maamannan, in which he played the ruthless casteist antagonist called Rathnavelu. His performance has received rave reviews from the critics and audience alike. Today, Mari Selvaraj penned a heartfelt note to the actor on how he beautifull Fahadh brought his vision to the fore.

Other films of Fahadh Faasil include Romancham director Jithu Madhavan's Aavesham, Althaf's Odum Kuthira Chaadum Kuthira and Sudheesh Shankar’s Hanuman Gear.
