Priyanka Chopra Jonas also claimed that she is not arrogant but self-assured.
Priyanka Chopra relocated to the West about eight years ago. She was able to establish herself through her work; her breakthrough role was as the main character in the American TV series Quantico. After starring alongside Dwayne Johnson in Baywatch in 2017, she went on to portray several notable parts. Today, she can't wait for the new Russo Brothers show Citadel, which is very highly anticipated. Recently, the actor talked about moving to the West and answered Shah Rukh Khan's comment about why he would never act in a Hollywood movie.
During the promotion for Citadel the interviewer brought up what Shah Rukh Khan said about why he doesn't want to act in a Hollywood movie. The interviewer at SXSW quoted SRK to PeeCee: "Shah Rukh Khan says, 'Why should I go there (to Hollywood)? I am comfortable here'." She replied to that by saying comfortable is dull for her. She is confident, not conceited. When she enters a set, she is confident in what she is doing. PeeCee doesn't require executive approval. The actor is willing to accept auditions, and she is willing to work. She doesn't bring with her the burden of her accomplishments in one nation when she enters another.
Priyanka further said that her ego is not larger than her profession. She stated that she is highly professional, and if one asks others around her, she is recognized for her professionalism. The actor is proud of it. Her military-serving father instilled in her the significance of discipline. He taught her to value what she has and not take it for granted.
The performer thinks she has left a legacy for herself because she has worked hard. She also thinks that by concentrating just on her work, she bungled the shots and did not spend her time on anything else.
Citadel will start streaming on Amazon Video on April 28. Stanley Tucci, Lesley Manville, Osy Ikhile, and Ashleigh Cummings all play Carter Spence, and Abby Conroy is played by Ashleigh Cummings. In the show, Priyanka portrays the spy Nadia Sinh.
