The Citadel actress was in Rome, Italy, for the Bulgari Hotel's inauguration. The Bulgari brand spokesperson attracted attention as she turned heads in a white gown with a plunging neckline. Priyanka chose two ponytails with the centre partition to keep it fashionable and give her dress a more sexy feel.
