The dubbed version of Premalu was released by Rajamouli's son, SS Karthikeya in Telugu states.
Even after several weeks of its release, Premalu is being discussed all over. The romantic comedy's Telugu version made close to Rs 18 crore in Telugu states and is still playing in a few theatres in Hyderabad which is rare for a dubbed film in Telugu states.
We at OTTplay have already reported that popular Telugu OTT Aha has bagged the digital rights to Premalu. Well, the latest update is that the film is now streaming on Aha, and already, many have started streaming the film online and raving about it.
Rajamouli's son, SS Karthikeya, dubbed the film in Telugu and released it with very clever plans. His promotional strategy worked big time and ever since Rajamouli tweeted about the film, the occupancy grew. So, all those who did not watch the film are quite eager to stream the film on Aha.

This is the first time that a non-Telugu film was being awaited on OTT in such a crazy manner, and it only shows what kind of hysteria Premalu has created in Telugu states. As the film has a Hyderabad backdrop, things are even more special for this film.
Mamitha Baiju, the female lead of Premalu, has become a sensation of sorts in Telugu cinema. She is being loaded with offers and was the selling point of Premalu in Telugu states. The news is also that Mamitha has signed a Telugu film and will announce the same in the days to come
On the other hand, Aha has paid a decent amount to bag the OTT rights to the film, and it has been promoting Premalu's digital release on a massive note for the last few days. It is baking heavily on the craze of the film so that its subscription rate can go higher.
