Lauded as one of the most beloved South Indian films of 2023, Salaar: Part 1 - Ceasefire, is now available to stream on Netflix. This action-thriller, starring Prabhas, Prithviraj Sukumaran, and Shruti Haasan, enthralled audiences with its high-octane action and powerful performances, earning critical acclaim and a staggering ₹611.80 crore at the box office, worldwide.

Salaar's Netflix triumph

Netflix finally unveiled its global hit list for the week of January 15 to 21, revealing some intriguing viewing trends. From India, the action-thriller Salaar: Part 1 - Ceasefire held the top spot, racking up a massive 1.6 million views, globally. Meanwhile, on the international non-English films chart, Spanish drama Society of the Snow dominated with a whopping 13.4 million views, followed by the captivating German flick Sixty Minutes with 10.6 million views. These diverse choices highlight the wide range of content captivating audiences around the world on Netflix.

Buzzing with excitement, Prithviraj Sukumaran couldn't help but share his joy with fans through Netflix. The film's triumph on the platform resonated deeply with him, prompting him to extend a warm invitation to anyone who hasn't already embarked on the Salaar adventure.
