Por/Dange is directed by Bejoy Nambiar and is all set to be released in theatres soon
The official release date of Bejoy Nambiar’s bilingual film Por/Dange is finally here. The action drama starring Arjun Das and Kalidas Jayaram is called Por in Tamil; Dange, it's Hindi version, stars Harshvardhan Rane and Ehan Bhatt. The films are all set to be released on March 1.
T Series, who is backing the bilingual drama, took to its official pages to unveil the release date. The production house shared the release date with the caption, “The countdown to the ultimate clash has begun. Whose side are you on? 1 MONTH TO GO#Dange #Por #PorTheFilm. In cinemas, 1st March!”(sic).
Por/Dange revolves around two young men who become college rivals. The teaser for Por (Tamil) shows two young men who cannot stand each other. Their growing rivalry leads to heavy competition.

According to the makers, the film is set during a college festival and delves into the "complexities of friendship, cultural identity, and the unyielding spirit of rivalry."
Although at first glance, the film may seem like a typical college story based on friends-turned-foes, this bilingual film promises to narrate an interesting story. Bejoy Nambiar, who has not failed to spring surprises in his films like Solo and Kaala, has given an intriguing angle to this college action drama. Watch out for some cool stunts and an unpredictable storyline in this flick.

Director Bejoy Nambiar, who has worked in Tamil, Hindi, and Malayalam films, has made several films, including Shaitan, David and Taish. The director rose to fame with his 2017 experimental anthology film Solo, starring Dulquer Salmaan in the lead role. He recently directed the hit Disney+ Hotstar series Kaala. In Tamil, he has created the comedy-drama series Sweet Kaaram Coffee for Amazon Prime Video, which stars Lakshmi, Madhoo, and Santhy Balachandran.
