Pooja Hegde joins the sets of Anil Ravipudi's F3 for a special number

Pooja Hegde is one of the busiest actresses in Indian cinema today, having carved her niche in Telugu films while also taking up plum projects both in Hindi and Tamil as well. After Radhe Shyam in March and Beast earlier this week, the actress' next release is Acharya, the Chiranjeevi, Ram Charan starrer, which hits theatres on April 29. Meanwhile, the actress is also shooting for Salman's Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali as well.

The tinsel town was rife with reports that Pooja Hegde will be seen in a special song in Anil Ravipudi's comic caper F3 recently. Now, the makers of F3 have officially confirmed the news by teasing netizens with a picture of the actress from the sets of the film. "This SUMMER is going to be 🔥🔥 Guess who joined the sets of #F3Movie for a SPECIAL SONG?😉💃 #F3OnMay27 💫," the tweet of the production house, Sri Venkateswara Creations, read.

She appears in a fashionable red costume on the sets of F3. The number will feature her alongside Venkatesh and Varun Tej is promises to be one of the major highlights of the film. Actress Anasuya Bharadwaj had appeared for a special number too in the film's prequel F2: Fun and Frustration, that released in 2019. Given that Pooja Hegde is the current hot-favourite among producers and audiences, the choice of Pooja Hegde doesn't come as a surprise.

Jigelu Rani from Rangasthalam was the last time that Pooja Hegde had agreed to do a song appearance in a film and the fact that she's going to shake her leg to a fast-paced number in F3 is an exciting prospect for movie buffs. Interestingly, Devi Sri Prasad is the composer for both songs. The actress has been extremely lucky with her songs in the recent past, with chartbusters like Butta Bomma from Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo and the Arabic Kuthu song from Beast.

Apart from Varun Tej and Venkatesh, F3 also features Mehreen Pirzada, Tamannaah Bhatia and Sonal Chauhan as female leads. Rajendra Prasad, Vennela Kishore, Ali, Sunil, Pradeep, Y Vijaya, Annapurnamma, Pragathi Suresh and others too play important roles in the film. The first single from F3, Lab Dab Dabboo, was launched a few weeks ago.
