After enthralling the crowd in Chennai and Coimbatore, the cast of Ponniyin Selvan 2 has now landed at Delhi. Jayam Ravi shared a pic in which he is seen along with Vikram, Karthi, Trisha, Aishwarya Lekshmi and Sobhita Dhulipala at the airport. The six-member team is visiting Shri Ram College of Commerce at the capital city.

This is their first tour outside Tamil Nadu for the sequel's promotions and movie buffs are eager to know how the reception would be among the audience there. All of them are seen sporting stylish glasses and attired in funky costumes. They are all smiles as they pose for the shutterbugs.

As always, netizens continue arguing about who among all the actors is more stylish. The cast will be promoting the Mani Ratnam movie in Bengaluru, Mumbai, Kochi and Hyderabad in the coming days. The advance booking for the film has commenced in a few locations overseas.

Cinephiles in Tamil Nadu are curious to know when exhibitors would begin the same there. The much-awaited sequel is expected to take a huge opening in the state. As the first part grossed more than 500 crores from across the globe and ended up as the highest grosser in Tamil Nadu, many are looking forward to know if the second part would create more records.

Though a few opine that PS 2 lacks adequate hype when compared to PS 1, it is expected that the advance booking will bring in the required promotion in many territories. The movie will compete with Akhil Akkineni's Agent in Telugu and Fahadh Faasil's Pachuvum Athbuthavilakkum in Malayalam when it releases on April 28.

PS 2 will hit the screens in five languages; all eyes are now on the number of theatres in which the film will be released across the globe.
