Roju Poolu fame Sriram and Dia actress Kushee Ravi play the lead roles in the film that also stars Srinivas Avasarala, Eeswari Rao and Ravi Varma. Ahead of its release on December 15, the team, earlier today, finished the pre-release formalities with the censor board. “The scariest film gets more scarier!! #PINDAM certified with a clean A Certificate. In theatres worldwide from December 15th,” the banner tweeted.

However, the team also issued a statutory warning to viewers adding, ‘Pregnant women are strictly not encouraged to watch.’ They’ve also released a poster where Sriram holds a torchlight in his hand, signalling one to ‘keep calm.’ The story is based on a true incident that the filmmaker heard from his grandma about a haunted house in his village.

The story largely unfolds in Suklapet where a family of five enters a house and encounters a series of supernatural events. Eeswari Rao plays a spirit healer who tries to find a solution. Manik Reddy, Baby Chaitra, Baby Leisha, Vijayalakshmi and Srilatha are also part of the film.

Saikiran Daida, Kavi Siddhartha and Toby Osborne have jointly written the story for the film which has cinematography by Sathish Manoharan. Sirish Prasad is the editor while Krishna Saurabh Surampalli is the composer. Vishnu Nair is the production designer with Padma Priya Penmatcha supervising costume design.
