Neeraj Vora wrote and directed the comedy film Phir Hera Pheri in 2006. In the sequel to the previous film, Anuradha (Bipasha), a con artist, tricks Raju (Akshay), Shyam (Suneil), and Baburao (Paresh) into believing a falsehood that alters their lives in an unforeseen manner. They borrowed money from an infamous criminal named Tiwari, and now they need to figure out a way to pay it back.
Raju discovers a brilliant plan that will multiply his wealth. He encounters a bank manager who turns out to be a con artist. She persuades Baburao and Shyam to make additional investments. She convinced Baburao and Shyam to sell their home in order to increase their investment beyond the initial sum. Raju also persuades a small-time goon named Pappu (Rajpal) to invest. The three of them broke up after discovering, weeks later, that it was all a hoax. Pappu finds out that a Parsi gun collector now owns the trio's bungalow when he goes there to claim his portion. After taking out a loan from the murderous criminal Tiwari (Sharat Saxena), Pappu goes completely insane. If the three of them do not return Tiwari's money, he will murder them. How on earth are the three of them going to come up with that much money in so little time?
