Tanya and Mikesh’s love story is back! Recently, The Viral Fever (TVF) announced that actors Nidhi Singh, and Sumeet Vyas starrer comedy TV show ‘Permanent Roommates’ is back with a new chapter. With loads of romance and comedy, this show promises to entertain audiences in the comfort of their homes.

Recently, Sumeet Vyas – the lead actor of the show, shared the trailer of Permanent Roommates.
Captioning the video on Instagram, he wrote, “Tanya and Mikesh are back with the same kind of love but new banters. Whose side will you pick this time? Can’t wait to catch #PermanentRoommatesonPrime, new season, Oct 18”
By watching the trailer, it appears that Sumeet as Mikesh and Nidhi as Tanya are ready to take their relationship to the next level – by getting married. However, all is not as rosy as it sounds. Tanya desires to settle down in Canada after marriage – something which is not acceptable to Mikesh nor his family. How will he convince his love to stay back in India? Or will they move to Canada to make their marriage a success? All these mysteries will be disclosed in Season 3 of the show.

'Permanent Roommates' stands out as an Indian romantic comedy web series brought to life by The Viral Fever Media Labs. The brainchild of Arunabh Kumar, the founder of TVF, who also served as the executive producer, this series was skillfully written and developed by Biswapati Sarkar alongside Sameer Saxena. Saxena, along with Deepak Kumar Mishra, took the directorial reins. Featuring Sumeet Vyas and Nidhi Singh, the narrative centers around the journey of Tanya and Mikesh, a young couple navigating the transition from a three-year-long distance relationship to the prospects of marriage.
The inaugural season, comprising five episodes, premiered on YouTube on October 31, 2014, concluding its run on December 12, 2014. Buoyed by positive reception, the creators greenlit a second season, which premiered on The Viral Fever's premium streaming platform, TVF Play, on February 14, 2016, and concluded on June 24, 2016.
