Srikanth Addala is one of the most talented directors in Telugu cinema. With Venkatesh's Narappa, he shocked one and all that he can also make rustic village dramas with a lot of action. He is now ready with his new film Peda Kapu which is being released in two parts.

The trailer of the first part, Peda Kapu 1 has been released today and it looks gruesome and holds your attention right away. The trailer showcases the dominance of the rich in a small village and how a person from a lower caste revolts against the system is showcased in a brutal manner.

The backdrop, caste-based fights, the film has it all and Srikanth Addala has created a unique world with Peda Kapu. What's special in the trailer is that Srikanth Addala himself is shown in a very dominating negative role and he is impressive.

The making stands out as the trailer is filled with rich visuals and Chota K Naidu's camerawork is arresting and the stunts composed by Peter Heins look gruesome. The emphasis on storytelling, strong character development, and exploration of cultural values is one of the best in recent times.
