Manish Malhotra penned a heartfelt note on intricate details of Parineeti Chopra's bridal lehenga

Parineeti Chopra's bridal look had a story in itself, with a lot of details added about her love story with Raghav Chadha. Her bridal look was designed by Manish Malhotra, with a beautiful customised kaleere by Mrinalini Chandra. Now, the ace fashion designer took to his Instagram page and shared a few snaps about the elements attached to her wedding trousseau that were all about the story of her life. Manish posted a candid photo with Parineeti while gearing up for her fairytale wedding.

The symbolic challa:

He captioned the post, "Some details make all the difference. I distinctly remember discussing the lehenga design with @parineetichopra, who mentioned adding her Nani's challa (traditional keychain) to it! She wanted to pay a heartfelt tribute to her nani, who used to wear the same challa in her saree with the keys, a symbol of being the lady of the house."

Manish further stated that the challa that her nani went around the home with was a source of power and grace for Parineeti. That's when she realised we needed to include her family's traditional embroidery on her lehenga. London, music, Khanda Sahib, and other places important to both Raghav and Parineeti were also included. On her wedding day, Parineeti would have something that was more than simply a trinket; she would have a piece of herself.

Parineeti and Raghav tied the knot in Udaipur on September 24, 2023, in the presence of their near and dear ones. The couple also hosted their wedding reception on the same day at the same venue.
