Pani OTT release date: Here’s when and where you can stream Joju George’s film

Pani, the action thriller which hit the theatres in October 2024, marked Joju George’s directorial debut. The super hit film is set to gets its OTT release on Sony LIV, in January 2025.

Joju George, the popular actor made his directorial debut in 2024, with Pani. The action thriller, which hit the big screens in October 2024, earned rave reviews from audiences and critics and emerged as a super hit. Joju George h imself played the lead role in the film, which features Junaiz VP and Sagar Surya in the pivotal roles. Pani is now gearing up to have its OTT release on the popular streaming platform Sony LIV, on January 16, 2024.

Pani OTT release date out

Recently, Sony LIV took to their official social media handles and dropped the Pani OTT release date, with a special post. “The gripping revenge saga that marked Joju George’s directorial debut is coming to Sony LIV on Jan 16th,” reads the streaming platform’s post. As per the latest updates, Pani will be available for streaming on the platform from midnight of January 16, 2025. The action thriller will have its OTT release in five languages, including Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Hindi.

Pani: Plot, cast, and crew

The action thriller revolves around Giri (Joju George), a well-known, powerful don based in the Thrissur city of Kerala. He leads a peaceful life with his wife Gowri (Abhinaya), and some close friends. However, Giri and Gowri’s lives take a different turn after two young mechanics named Don (Sagar Surya) and Siju (Junaiz VP), who try to make a name for themselves in the Thrissur city, by taking up contract killings.

Along with Joju George, Sagar Surya, and Junaiz VP, Pani features a massive star cast including Abhinaya, Seema, Babu Namboothiri, Sujith Shankar, Prashanth Alexander, Ranjith Velayudhan, Bobby Kurian, Rinosh George, Jayashanker, Abhaya Hiranmayi, Jayaraj Warrier, Anoop Krishnan, and others. Venu ISC and Jinto George are the directors of photography, of the film. Vishnu Vijay, Sam CS, and Santhosh Narayanan composed the music score. Pani is produced by M. Riaz Adam and Sijo Vadakkan, under the production banners, AD Studios and Appu Pathu Pappu productions.
